Mom’s 7-Layer Bean Dip Recipe

The plot of SantaToot depends on a certain bean dip recipe… and here it is!

Spread refried beans on the bottom of a 12x8 dish (or any dish that makes you happy)

Mash 2 avocados with 2 Tb lemon juice, 2 Tb cream cheese, and 1/4 tsp garlic salt; spread on top of the beans

Spread 8 oz of sour cream on top of the avocado

Spread the best salsa you can find over the top of the sour cream

Chop 2-3 tomatoes and spread on as the next layer

Chop black olives in half and spread on top next

Top with grated cheese
